Educational Qualification For DRDO Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- M.Sc. Post Graduate degree in Physics / Electronics with 1st division.
- NET or GATE (Valid) Qualification.

DRDO JRF Stipend:
- ₹ 31,000/- + HRA as per rules.
